Shipping & Delivery
In order to maintain cost effective delivery options for our clients Sticky Singapore uses Fedex for shipping.

Returns & Replacements
Sticky Singapore does not accept exchange on goods purchased.

Sticky Singapore will refund or exchange defective items only. You may return defective items, purchased at Sticky Singapore Online Store, within 7 days of the original delivery. All returns should be delivered to

If the item is found to be defective, and the defect is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) which can be obtained by contacting Sticky Singapore at questions@sticky.com.hk. If the product is found to be defective, and the defect is a result of our error, we will replace the goods or credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you within two working days to arrange alternative product or refund.

Payment & Pricing
All payments through the Sticky Singapore Online store are calculated in Singapore Dollars.

Payment methods accepted are Paypal only. If you wish to use another method of payment please contact us directly to discuss.

Sticky Singapore reserves the right to change prices on its products without notice.

Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed through our Sticky Singapore Online Store. You are authorized only to view orders which you have created.

Updating Account Information
Account information can be updated through our Sticky Singapore Online Store. You are authorized only to amend or modify account information for an account or accounts which you have created.
